December 1, 2011 = Event Registration Opens

January 1, 2012 = Registration Price Increases

February 1, 2012 = Registration Price Increases

April 1, 2012 = Last Day to Receive a Jersey with Registration and to purchase additional jerseys or T-Shirts

April 1, 2012 = Refund Cut Off (After April 1 no refunds will be granted for any reason. All refunds prior to this date are subject to a service charge of $60)

May 23, 2012 = Registration Closes at Midnight

June 22, 2012 = Event Check in at Clarke County High School. Camping Begins.

June 22-27, 2012 = Bike Virginia Tour 2012 - A 25 year celebration Tour!

Our cyclists will enjoy an opportunity to shop for necessary items, souvenirs and other great things and services right at Tent City.

The Bike Virginia Tour Store offers a selection of 2011 memorabilia including cycling t-shirts, hats, bike socks, water bottles, jewelry and gifts.

Food vendors will be available for beverages, snacks and some meals. Don’t miss Rosie the Towel Lady’s Coffee!

Mechanics will be on hand from Bike Stop and Cycles Ed.

You’ll also get a chance to demo gear from Trek and Specialized bikes.

More information to come as Vendors sign on for 2011.
