June 24 – Sunday – 25th annual Bike Virginia Tour, (Starts in Berryville and ends in Shenandoah Junction, WV)
June 25 – Monday – 25th annual Bike Virginia Tour, (Starts and ends in Shenandoah Junction, WV)
June 26 – Tuesday – 25th annual Bike Virginia Tour, (Starts and ends in Shenandoah Junction, WV)
June 27 – Wednesday – 25th annual Bike Virginia Tour, (Starts in Shenandoah Junction, WV and ends in Berryville, VA)
6:00 – 8:30 am BREAKFAST is served at or near the campsite. Bike repair service opens at Tent City.
6:00 – 9:00 am – FREE Shuttle service begins between Tent City and hotels.
7:00 am Route officially opens for the day. Please do not start before this time.
7:30 am First rest stop opens.
10:00 am – 2:00 pm LUNCH is served along the route. Bike repair service available at lunch stop.
11:00 am Luggage arrives at next Tent City (on moving days).
3:00- 6:00 pm Hospitality Center open at Tent City. This is where you’ll find:
1:00 pm FREE Shuttle service begins between Tent City, hotels, downtown and entertainment.
1:00 – 8:00 pm Sports massage available at Tent City.
2:00 – 6:00 pm Special activities – historical walks, hikes, etc.
3:00 – 6:00 pm Bike repair service available at Tent City.
5:00 pm Route closes for the day. We will pick you up if you are still on the route at this time. All route support will end.
5:00 – 8:00 pm DINNER served for pre-purchased meal participants or dine out at local restaurants.
5:00 – 9:00 pm Entertainment in host town location.
10:00 pm Quiet hours begin at Tent City.
10:00 pm Shuttle Bus service stops.
