April 1, 2012 = Last Day to Receive a Jersey with Registration and to purchase additional jerseys or T-Shirts
April 1, 2012 = Refund Cut Off (After April 1 no refunds will be granted for any reason. All refunds prior to this date are subject to a service charge of $60)
May 23, 2012 = Registration Closes at Midnight
June 22, 2012 = Event Check in at Clarke County High School. Camping Begins.
June 22-27, 2012 = Bike Virginia Tour 2012 - A 25 year celebration Tour!
Cancellation requests made in writing by mail before assigned cut off date (see important dates) will be refunded less a $60 processing fee per person.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted after the assigned cut-off date. NO refunds for any reason will be made after this cancellation cut-off date. If you must cancel, you may substitute another rider by logging into your registration and going through the transfer option. Additionally, you may find someone to transfer your registration on our facebook page.
If a member of an eight person team cancels, it is the responsibility of the team captain to replace that member in order to maintain their team discount. If the team member is not replaced, the remaining team members will forfeit their discount and will be required to pay the full price for registration.
We highly recommend you protect your travel investment with an inexpensive Travel Protection Plan. For a small investment you can have peace of mind. In some instances a trip that’s canceled can qualify for insurance reimbursement. You can purchase insurance from any travel agent or through Travelex.
