Lunch Menu Food Choices: Bike Virginia 2015 1024 380 BIKE VIRGINIA

When we wrapped up the 2014 event we knew that the 2015 event lunches needed a major makeover. Riders wanted more choices, more quantity, and more quality, which we wrote about in a recent blog post.

In this post you’ll learn about the food choices offered for meals at the bike event this year.

Our team began putting all ideas on the table. We reached out to events across the country to find out more about their lunch planning. One idea came through though with answers to many of our challenges: multiple food vendors. By going with multiple vendors, riders get variety and we get companies that can properly serve a portion of riders (but don’t need to feed them all).  We ultimately created the 2015 Bike Virginia “Food Truck Fiesta”, creating a better solution for event food. Our team feels like it’s going to be a win-win for everyone.

Food Trucks of today bring you chef created menus regulated by strict health department standards. They’ve enhanced dining in many communities across the country!
