Bike Virginia offers the PERFECT long weekend escape. If you can’t make the 6 day event that’s okay! We are offering a special deal for riders that want to take part in the weekend event.
Ride, ride, ride, camp, hear great music, play on the river, and drink beer at our Weekend Escape! It’s an ideal way to leave behind the everyday and enjoy beautiful scenery, fun people, and the joy of riding a bicycle.
Weekend Escape 2014
(June 20th — 22nd)
The 2014 weekend registration fee is $229.
Registration is now open the 2014 event.
With a weekend registration you’ll get:
- Hand marked routes that use posted signage so it’s easy to follow along
- Lunch on Saturday and Sunday (Breakfasts and dinners are available for an additional fee).
- Camping on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Fully stocked rest stops with food and beverages
- SAG truck support
- Access to the Beer Garden and Vendor areas
- On site entertainment and shuttle buses to off site tourism locations. Check out the Entertainment Options here.
Where is the Ride?
The tour moves around to a new place in Virginia each year. Pocahontas State Park (HQ1) will kick off the tour and will be the location for the Weekend Escape.
There’s More than a Weekend Bike Ride!
The fun doesn’t stop on Sunday. If you want to get away for more than a weekend, then we’ve got your medicine. The tour is 6 days in total. Hit the road with us on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday as well. Each day we offer breathtaking routes and tons of off-the-bike activities.
