FUN-IN-THE-SUN JUNE 23RD
Bike Virginia organizes a full compliment of fun outings, excursions, and activities. Whether you want to walk and relax at headquarters, ride on one of our shuttles to nearby attractions, or drive to explore the surrounding communities, you will surely love the experience!
Some of our rider favorites are Yoga, Massage, Meditation, and swimming at headquarters. (Swimming only available on site in Buena Vista, camp 1).
You can relax on site in the afternoons and evenings and enjoy live music, food trucks, and a beer and wine garden. We also offer Jam sessions that musicians can join on 2-3 nights.
If your style is heading out to explore then you might enjoy a downtown shopping or dining trip to Lexington or Staunton, a regional winery tour, a rafting trip on the Maury River, touring a historic university, visiting museums, or local historic sites of interest.
Off site activities are frequently booked at Hospitality (Event Services) at the event Headquarters. Stop by to see what is available when you arrive.
This year we also have tie-dye shirt making on site and a Q&A with our famous Cycles Ed Master Mechanic and Frame-builder.
