Ride with us in 2018. We’ll show you all the beauty and fun that Virginia has to offer on two wheels. Over the last 30 years Bike Virginia’s bike touring adventures have supported, encouraged and grown bicycle riding across Virginia. We continue this mission in 2018 with our 6-day, sixteen-hundred rider event.
Bike Vacation Adventure
The 2018 Bike Virginia 6-day bike vacation adventure, “Ride the River,” will treat you and your bike to beautiful rolling road bike routes, charming towns, warm hospitality, and full service amenities like signed routes, SAG support, daily entertainment, bountiful rest stops, lunch at our food trucks, and select regional experiences.
The 2018 tour stages from two headquarters locations, Bissett Park in Radford Virginia and Claytor Lake State Park in Dublin Virginia, June 22-27, 2018.
Choices abound for your bike vacation adventure with Bike Virginia. Multiple bike routes offered daily from long to short. Camping, RV, and hotel options available. Family camping area provided. Enjoy food truck variety for on-site meals. Outings and on-site activities are offered. Multiple registration options to suit your schedule. Team registration discounts are available.

We’ve driven economic benefit to rural communities of more than $2 Million per year, helped communities understand the value of cycling in their future, and taught community members and officials ways to support biking for recreation, wellness, and transportation.
