The staff and volunteers tested the 2016 Bike Virginia routes in mid April. The route testing trip is part of the logistical process for the Bike Virginia staff as they prepare to host over 1,600 cyclists in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia this summer. Each bike route is hand selected and evaluated to make sure it meets our high standards. The destination is one of the most popular cycling destinations in the east offering amazing views, lush green scenery, farmland, quiet roads for biking, and warm southern hospitality.
