Virginia Legislature Considering 3-Foot Law

Virginia Legislature Considering 3-Foot Law 150 150 BIKE VIRGINIA

A 3-Foot passing law has been proposed in the Virginia General Assembly

HB 1683 and SB 928 are two identical bills that would require motorists to allow three feet when passing a bicyclist.

It’s time Virginia joined the 19 other states that now have 3-Foot Passing Laws.
